HOPE

Faith

If one has hope, one must have faith.

We know that without faith it is impossible to please God, for those who come to God must come to Him through faith.

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
— Hebrews 11:1, KJV

“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”
— Hebrews 11:6, KJV

“Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God…”
— Psalm 42:11, KJV

“And hope maketh not ashamed…”
— Romans 5:5, KJV

What are you hoping for?

What are you believing God for?

RESTORATION

God Can Restore

Restoration can be spiritual, and it can be natural.

It can be restoration in our health.

It can be restoration in our relationships.

It can be restoration of our goods and the things that have been lost.

We find this in the book of Joel, where God says:

“And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten…”
— Joel 2:25, KJV

Restoration can also be spiritual.

“He restoreth my soul…”
— Psalm 23:3, KJV

And restoration can include health:

“For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD…”
— Jeremiah 30:17, KJV

What things in your life do you need to pray for, hope for, and believe God for?

What needs to be restored?

Your health?

A relationship?

Your family?

Something that has been lost?

Your spiritual life?

What do you need to believe God for?

RETURN

Come Home to God

Restoration can be very close to coming home.

It can be spiritual—coming home to God.

If you have been away, have you been a prodigal son or daughter?

Returning to God is a beautiful thing.

It can mean coming to God as your Father, confessing your sins, and being restored to Him.

It means allowing the power of God to cleanse you, restore you, and comfort you.

“Come, and let us return unto the LORD…”
— Hosea 6:1, KJV

Jesus said:

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28, KJV

Do you have places in your life where you need to return?

Do you need to return to God?

Do you need to return to prayer?

Do you need to return to obedience?

Do you need to return to your first love?

Like the prodigal son or daughter, maybe you left—but now you are coming home.

The prodigal son left his father, but when he came home, the father was waiting.

“But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.”
— Luke 15:20, KJV

The father was so happy that his son had returned.

He gave him clothing.

He gave him the best robe.

He put a ring on his hand.

And he prepared a great banquet.

“Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand…”
— Luke 15:22, KJV

“For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.”
— Luke 15:24, KJV

God loves you.

He wants to bring you home.

He wants you to come home to Him.

Returning is a beautiful thing.

Prayer for you

Almighty God, we praise your name and thank you for bringing us to this last year and we know that you set the feast up and this is Rosh Hashanah. We’re moving into a new year and Lord God we pray that you will be with us Holy One of Israel, we pray for your servants that thy will be done in our lives. We pray that our hope and our faith will expand. Lord God that we will be like the saints of old knowing that we know that we know that you will answer, Lord God we thank you, we thank you. we pray that we will be restored, that the joy of our salvation will be renewed, that you will restore us. As in that you will restore what the locust have eaten. hallelujah even so now in our lives, restore the physical body bind and restore our lives, and we just praise your name and lastly Lord God, we pray that we will return to you. that we will return to your first love, we pray Lord God that we will have a greater relationship with you and that Jesus Christ will be praised and be preeminent in our lives. Hallelujah Jesus, we praise your name and do not leave us. We cannot live without you for you for you are our God thank you Jesus hallelujah.
