I am calling out the mighty ones; I am calling the grandmothers out of their prayer rooms, I am calling the forgotten ones out of their caves. I am blowing the shofar, and they are coming, the mighty ones they are coming. From the outermost corners of the earth, I am calling the unknown, the humble, the servants, who are seasoned in battle, hardened in war, and one by one they are coming carrying their mighty shield of faith fully clothed in His armour. (Ephesians 6:11-17)
They are tested in trials, battered through onslaught after onslaught of the enemy, pray without ceasing, know the Word of God in their hearts and press on moving forward with conviction strengthened with the inner fortitude of their King. (Ephesians 6:10)
Come mighty ones, come. The Lord is calling you, come.
Walk through the halls of faith and you will find; Deborah the judge, Barack, Gideon, David and his mighty men, Hannah who prayed and believed for a son, Abraham who believed God for a nation, and on and on the list goes full of everyday people who believed God over what was in front of them. (Hebrews 11)
Will you be added to their ranks? The Lord calls you, oh soldier of the faith to come forth wearing your battle armour carrying your shield of faith and raising your sword in anticipation of the fight to come. (Ephesians 6:16,17) Make no mistake the mighty ones know they have the power of the Holy Spirit and the authority of the King for they abide in Him and He abides in them. (Romans 15:19, Luke 10:17-20, John 15:4-7) They know they can do nothing without Him for they are weak. (2 Corinthians 12:9-10) They know HE is their shield; HE is their buckler, HE is their hedge, HE is their tower and refuge. (Psalm 84:9, Psalm 35:2, Job 1:10, Proverbs 18:10, 2 Samuel 22:3) They proclaim the goodness of their King, swear their allegiance to Him, and move forward in faith in what His Word declares. Like the faithful ones of old their FAITH in HIS Word pushes them to believe the impossible. (Matthew 19:26)
Come mighty ones, come. Come forth!!! There is a mighty battle coming raging for the souls of men, and the Kingdom of Heaven needs you. Come, for you were born for such a time as this. (Esther 4:14) Come forth, mighty ones, come forth. (1 Chronicles 11:11, Joel 2:7) Come to the place the Lord has made for you. Believe, have FAITH, come forth from the wilderness and step forward to the purpose of the Lord. (Matthew 21:21) Join with Isaiah of old and say, Here I am, Send Me!” (Isaiah 6:8) The battle will be great! (Ephesians 6:12) Don, your armour, lift your swords, shout the victory cry and come. Come for the greatest revival known to man. The harvest will be plentiful, come, come, come. (Matthew 9:37,38) Hear the call of your King and come. (Isaiah 6:8)
“Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!” (Isaiah 6:8)
“Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. “Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.” (Matthew 9:37,38)
“For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.” (Romans 12:29)
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. Stand firm therefore, HAVING GIRDED YOUR LOINS WITH TRUTH, and HAVING PUT ON THE BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, and having shod YOUR FEET WITH THE PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL OF PEACE; in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. And take THE HELMET OF SALVATION, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert for all the saints.” (Ephesians 6:10-18)
