Do not let failure be your final! Let Jesus be your final!
Hello brothers and sisters in Christ. Today we are talking about failures and how to get out of shame and into the place that Christ has called us to be.
Psalm 34:4-6 says,
“I sought the Lord, and He answered me, And rescued me from all my fears. They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces will never be ashamed. This wretched man cried out, and the Lord heard him, And saved him out of all his troubles.”
Hallelujah! Praise God! All glory to King Jesus!
You see, when you reach out to the Lord, He hears us, He sees us, He loves us so much.
Never give up, never back down. Never give up on hope in Jesus.
Psalm 147:1-3 says,
“Praise the Lord! For it is good to sing praises to our God; For it is pleasant and praise is beautiful. The Lord builds up Jerusalem; He gathers the outcasts of Israel. He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds.”
You see, this is the real truth from the Lord.
No matter what we have been through or done, Jesus reigns supreme.
Jesus will lead you down the path of healing.
I know, as a Christian, I had to trust the Lord that He would heal me and trust Him with all my heart.
Knowing that no failure is too big for Jesus to heal.
Isaiah 41:8-10 says,
“But you, Israel, My servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, Descendant of Abraham My friend, You whom I have taken from the ends of the earth And called from its remotest parts, And said to you, ‘You are My servant, I have chosen you and have not rejected you. ‘Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will also help you, I will also uphold you with My righteous right hand.”
You see, Jesus chose us to serve Him. Do not let the shame of your past stop you from letting Jesus use you.
I know, for myself, even as a Christian, I stayed in my failures and mistakes.
I was full of shame, and I didn’t think God could use a man like me.
Then Jesus said to me, “I have redeemed you, haven’t I? Am I not God?”
Then Jesus said to me, “Who are you to say who I can and cannot use”?
And then I surrendered to Jesus.
I finally stopped fighting God and let Him use me.
He broke me out of that shame and regret, and if Jesus used me He can use you too.
Let Jesus in.
Don’t let your failures be final; let Jesus be final.
2 Timothy 1:7-9 says,
“For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline. Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord or of me His prisoner, but join with me in suffering for the gospel according to the power of God, who saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was granted to us in Christ Jesus from all eternity.”
You see it’s not works that pleases God.
It’s your daily submission to Him that pleases God.
Stop trying to be perfect. Stop being hard on yourself.
Jesus doesn’t want perfection. He wants you to come as you are.
Let Jesus in, and then you will find your true healing.
Please know that sometimes God heals right away, and sometimes He takes us through the fire and develops us.
In Him, we build endurance because sometimes that’s better than instant healing from God.
Isaiah 43:1-3 says,
“But now, this is what the Lord says, He who is your Creator, Jacob, And He who formed you, Israel: “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine! “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, Nor will the flame burn you. “For I am the Lord your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I have given Egypt as your ransom, Cush and Seba in exchange for you.
You see, Jesus says, “Don’t fear.”
He is with us through every failure.
Every mistake.
Every painful memory.
If you let Him, Jesus will give you the power to overcome the mistakes in your life and make you a testimony.
Nothing is too hard for God.
Romans 8:26-28 says,
“Now in the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know what to pray for as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.”
You see, God uses and will work every trauma, every painful memory, for the glory of Christ.
Don’t give up hope just yet.
Jesus is going to build a warrior out of you. I declare this in the mighty name of Jesus.
Jeremiah 29:10-13 says,
“For this is what the Lord says: ‘When seventy years have been completed for Babylon, I will visit you and fulfill My good word to you, to bring you back to this place. For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for prosperity and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.”
You see, God has big, big plans for you.
I love every one of you because Jesus Christ loves you.
He loves you so much more than I could ever love you.
Trust me, I know how harsh pain can get. I know how shame can take over, how self-hatred can consume you.
Jesus took over my life and showed me who I could become, not who I was.
He will do the same for you.
All glory to God, hallelujah.
Romans 8:35-37 says,
“Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or trouble, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? Just as it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We were regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.” But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.”
Now, did Jesus say that your mistakes your past your trauma would separate you from His love?
Absolutely not.
It says nothing will separate us from the love of Christ.
Psalm 32:1-5 says,
“How blessed is he whose wrongdoing is forgiven, Whose sin is covered! How blessed is a person whose guilt the Lord does not take into account, And in whose spirit there is no deceit! When I kept silent about my sin, my body wasted away Through my groaning all day long. For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; My vitality failed as with the dry heat of summer. Selah. I acknowledged my sin to You, And I did not hide my guilt; I said, “I will confess my wrongdoings to the Lord”; And You forgave the guilt of my sin. Selah.”
So that being said, do not let shame consume you.
Confess to Jesus your sins. Repent and turn from your sins because Jesus has so many plans and healing for you.
Through the name of Jesus, now be blessed in the Lord.
If you haven’t received Jesus as your Savior, come to Him.
Need to repent, come back.
All you need to say is:
Dear Jesus, I confess my sins to you. Please redeem me.
I confess with my mouth that Jesus, you are Lord.
I believe with all my heart that God raised Jesus from the dead. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
If you said that prayer.
You are redeemed and saved by the blood of Jesus Christ, amen.
Be blessed in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Don’t let your failures be final; let Jesus be final.
