“Son of man, I have made thee a watchmen unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.” (Ezekiel 3:17)
This is a prophetic word for the those who stand against tyranny and fight on two battlefields. One fight is the opposition of the evil one and his cohorts, and the other field of battle is against their own brethren who have laid aside the Truth of the Word of God. The incredulous attack by our brothers and sisters is more vicious, and hurtful because it is the very ones that the watchmen try to warn that seek to silence their voices. Churches club their messengers with a Gospel of love, by verbally condemning them as being unloving and deliberately ignore the warnings and Truth that is spoken by their discerning guardians. I speak to my fellow watchmen on the wall, those who warn of danger, who point out the falsehoods in the church, and are brave enough to put their friendships, and families on the line for the Truth of the Word of God, which is Christ.
“His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.” (Revelation 19:12,13)
Many watchmen are downtrodden and endure oppression from the enemy and their fellow Christians whom they seek to protect and to support with their discernment and or prophetic gifts. These watchmen and watchwomen sound the alarm for the Truth of the Gospel of Christ. The truth is under attack in our world, our country, our communities and even in our churches. Those who speak the Truth of the Word of God are scorned, called judgmental, unloving, are told to be quiet, and to ignore falsehoods for the sake of community or hurting someone’s feelings. When did it become wrong to correct someone’s doctrine which is in error and contrary to what the Word of God states? When did hurting someone’s feelings overrule correction which found in the Truth of the Bible? This word is for the truth bearers who are misunderstood, who risk ridicule, and frontal attacks from the enemy while members of their own camp point a finger and call them unloving for speaking the Word of God. Gird yourselves, soldiers of the Cross, the enemy is in the camp, and while you may feel surrounded by the enemy, I declare you are surrounded by the Wings of Almighty God. “He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings shall You trust: His truth shall be thy shield and buckler.” (Psalm 91:4)
These faithful watchmen warn their fellow Christians of the new age and false religious practices creeping into the church. These soldiers warn that there are eternal choices for what each person does with their life. They teach that the whole Bible is Truth, and that Jesus Christ, is the way, the truth, and the life. (John 14:6) I encourage you to stand my fellow brothers and sisters, stand for the Gospel of Christ which is not compatible with and does not serve the same god as Islam. It does not matter how many Pastors and book authors say Christianity, Judaism, and Islam serve the same God it is not true. We boldly declare that God has a Son, and His name is Jesus Christ, the only Begotten Son of God. (John 3:16)Through prayer, through fasting, through sacrifice, through obedience; gird your loins in the Truth of the Word of God, and Stand. “Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak unto them all that I command thee: be not dismayed at their faces, lest I confound thee before them.” (Jeremiah 1:17-19) When the enemy closes in around you, STAND!! Prepare to fight with the Word of God, and declare your victory. Call upon the name of Jesus and proclaim the promises in His word and evil will run from you. The Scripture says the enemy will come in one way and run away seven ways. (Deuteronomy 28:7) God will give you the courage, STAND. (Joshua 1:7) STAND on the Word of God. Declare His Word.
“The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.” (Deuteronomy 28:7)
“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.” (Isaiah 54:17)
Stand for Christ, when the culture hates you whom do you think they hated first. ” If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.” (John 15:18-20) Stand. You are not alone. Stand firm and fight. Y’shua will never leave or forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5) Stand on His Word, put on the whole armor of God and stand. (Ephesians 6:11) When The enemy comes around for a fight give him one. Fight against the enemy pick up your sword and STAND. For the weapons of our God are mighty.
“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.” (2 Corinthians 10:3-5)
Watchmen on the wall blow the shofar with me, the church is under attack from the enemy, from falsehoods, from PC culture, from new age and false doctrines, sound the alarm, man your battle stations. Call a holy assembly and fast. “Sanctify ye a fast, call a solemn assembly, gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land into the house of the Lord your God, and cry unto the Lord.” (Joel 1:14) Repent if you have been silent and if you let defeat, and disappointment sidetrack you from your mission. (1 John 1:9) Stand my fellow watchmen, stand.
Churches do not silence your watchmen, those the Lord has given wisdom, knowledge, and discernment to see what is happening around them. Do not ignore or order them to stand down, listen to their voices and pray and ask for the wisdom of God to hear what the watchmen are saying. They are your guardians to protect and warn the bride, and God uses them to protect His church. Watchmen sound the alarm with me, the bride is under attack, open your mouths to speak the truth with love but still the truth, and sound the alarm.
This is a prayer for all the watchmen and truth bringers who want more of what God has appointed for you, and at the leading of the Holy Spirit, I ask you to read and declare this prayer out loud. Lord God in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I pray for the Holy Spirit to stir up the gifts of the watchmen, You have placed on the inside of me.
I declare by the Word of God, that I am called for more, and I was made for such a time as this. (Esther 4:14) I ask for Abba God to give me the courage to speak with boldness which only comes from You, Our Father. Oh Lord, put the words in my mouth and speak them forth.
“And thou shalt speak unto him, and put words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do.” (Exodus 4:15)
Jesus, let my mouth drip with purity, take the coal cleanse my lips that I will speak the truth of thy Word and Christ Jesus, who is the Word. “Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts. Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar: And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged. Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.” (Isaiah 6:5-8) Oh God, I am willing to go where You send me.
Lord God, pour your holy fire over me and let your consuming fire overflow out of my very being as a living testament to Jesus Christ. Holy Spirit continue to teach me your Word, and I ask that you stir up the gift you have placed inside of me. God I pray that I will not be ashamed of you and thank you for your power in my life.
“Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God.” (2 Timothy 1:6-8)
Thank you, Father God I ask you will give me the petitions I have desired of thee. (1 John 5:14)
Watchmen prepare to take your place in ages old battle between light and darkness, and embrace your future. Father give us more of you, we long to be like Jesus, our Master and Savior. We praise you King Jesus!! Sanctify us for the Gospel that we may lay down our lives for you on the altar of sacrifice. In the name of Jesus, according to the will of the Father, I call forth a mighty army of watchmen to rise from slumber.
“And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.” (Romans 13:11) Christ, will free you of the bondage of men; I declare you will rise victorious in your Savior, speak watchmen; speak. Blow your shofar it is time, to rise up to your purpose, and your calling.
I call you forth for the glory of God, and you will rise triumphantly to STAND and proclaim His will through the power and authority of the name above all names, Jesus Christ our King. I pray a mighty boldness upon you and the courage to stand, to take the land you have been given, and stand firm in Christ. May you stand and take your rightful place next to Jesus on the battlefield for He is waiting for you to join Him. “Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.” (Acts 4:13)
Stand watchmen stand, lift your shield of faith, and your sword of the spirit and stand. (Ephesians 6:14,15) Give praise to Him who is worthy. Hallelujah, glory to the Lamb, Hallelujah.
“But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. A-men.” (Jude 17-25)
