Defining truth will equip you to hold truth and that which is true. The Word of God holds truth, as it is considering the Word of Truth (2 Timothy 2:15). Holding onto truth teaches steadfastness, holding onto your faith, and cutting away the lies of this world.
To have discourse is healthy it allows people to learn and gives opportunities to share the gospel.
