“5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.”
Have you heard the old saying March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb? A cute concept, but never mistake this idiom with Messiah Christ. Messiah came as a lamb, meek and mild as the sacrifice to atone man’s sin, and will return as the Lion of Judah, the warrior King, in all His magnificence, will overcome all evil (Isaiah 53, and Revelation 17:14). The first time He came as a lamb led to the sacrifice for our sins. When He returns in the clouds with His armies, He will overthrow evil and establish His reign as the only Eternal King.
The Lord Jesus Christ was sent to the world by Father God as a perfect sacrifice (John 3:16). Christ laid aside His glory to become a man, the perfect Lamb who took away the sins of the world (John 1:29). Jesus Christ was and is fully God, and fully man died for us on the cross, was buried, rose again triumphantly on the 3rd day conquering death, hell, and the grave. (1 Corinthians 15:3-7).
The Lord Jesus is the faithful one, the firstborn of the dead-the second Adam (in whom we are a new creation transformed by God-when the precious blood of Jesus washes us) (2 Corinthians 5:17-18). Christ was King when He was born in Bethlehem, but the people did not recognize Him. Every eye will see Him on His return as King (Revelation 1:7). All will know He is Messiah, the Lion of Judah who roars (Matthew 24:30, 25:31, Revelation 1:7, and Hosea 11:10). All created things and people that love unrighteous and serve the darkness will fall to everlasting torment because King Jesus is a mighty man of war and shall take His enemies down (Isaiah 42:13, Joel 3:16, and Amos 1:2). Christ Jesus is His name, and He is Creator and ruler over all things. Who is this the nations will mourn and fear? Christ Jesus, it is HE!! No one can hide from the King of Kings, and Lord of Lords, Who is over all kings, leaders, governments, kingdoms in the natural and the spiritual realms, including Satan and the fallen angels (1 Timothy 6:15). Rejoice Christian for our God is Lord, and all things exist in Him. Be scared, oh evil man and fallen one’s for you will fall, your kingdoms will fall, and He that is Faithful and True will be judge all the unrighteous. Raise your voice in praise that Jesus is Creator of all things in heaven and earth, both seen and not seen.
Christians, our King, will return soon. It is time we raise His banner high to fight for the faith, to do what is right, to live by the precepts of the Holy Bible, to pray and fast for the protection of Father God. For we have a terrible enemy who seeks the destruction of our families, our work, and all who bear the name of Christ. Through the Apostle Peter, the Holy Spirit warned us to be on alert and prepare ourselves for the end is near; we have yet a little time to suffer and finish our work (1 Peter 5:8-10). Pick up your sword the Holy Bible and fight with all you possess, and when you grow weary, call upon Him who gives strength to the weary. Do not lose sight. We are in a battle for the souls of men. Be strong and courageous and take the land the Lord has given you (Joshua 1:9). Jesus Christ, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, is coming soon, and the God Who roars over His armies will defeat all His enemies, and they will be condemned.
“10 They shall walk after the Lord: he shall roar like a lion: when he shall roar, then the children shall tremble from the west.”
“8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”
