Preached to Pakistan Church
So today brothers and sisters we are gonna talk about having joy in the Lord even in hard times Psalms 16:9-11 says,
[9] “Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure, [10] because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead, nor will you let your faithful one see decay. [11] You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.”
So that being said Christ is with us during the hard times and good times now I know a little bit about me for the longest time I had joy and good times but heartache in bad times but the Lord showed me I should have joy at all times I should smile even when I can’t smile because The Lord said look at all I’ve rescued you from,
Romans 5:3-5 says,
[3] “Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; [4] perseverance, character; and character, hope. [5] And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.”
You see we need to have joy in suffering because it produces endurance and faith and faith is a choice u have to put your heart and mind into Christ every day to have that joy.
James 1:2-3 says
[2] “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, [3] because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.”
Remember fight that spiritual fight always remember God is on your side fighting your battles have joy my brothers and sisters because joy in the Lord is our strength.
2 Corinthians 12:9-10 says,
[9] “But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. [10] That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”
2 Corinthians 12:9-10 says,

Remember even if God doesn’t take away our suffering His grace is sufficient for us Jesus Christ say it again Jesus Christ is sufficient enough for us.
1 Peter 5:10
[10] “And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.”
You see after we have our suffering God will take us to a new level a destination a new purpose have joy everyone have joy again have joy smile be happy God is good all the time and all the time God is good.
