Asbury has stopped the revival. According to (WDRB-2023), the University is canceling the revival services, all live streaming, and services at the chapel except for public worship in the afternoon, which will stop on Feb 22; these have been stopped by President Dr. Brown, who is striving to bring back normalcy to the college.
According to WDRB.com,
“While I remain profoundly grateful that staff, faculty, and students get to be a part of God’s unique and powerful work on our campus, I want to be mindful of my mandate as a fiduciary of Asbury’s resources and student-centric mission.” (Brown).
According to (WDRB-2023)-Yan, a student at Asbury, stated, “I feel as though maybe we were the candle, and now we are just passing that flame on to other churches and other schools,” Yan said.” Yan also stated, Sometimes it can be a little hard for students because we are more than used to having a small campus and having these spaces privately to ourselves, and now it has become more and more public,” Yan said. “Sometimes it can get a little annoying (WDRB-2023).”
We have prayed, interceded, declared, fasted, and worshipped for this day. Please pray this will be a catalyst driving revival across the world, much the same as the early church moving from Jerusalem due to persecution and spreading the gospel across the known world. Holy Spirit, glorify yourself at the other churches taking up the revival’s mantle. Praise the name of Jesus. Let revival spread. Warriors of God, pray with me. God let revival spread.

How typically hypocritical! Thanks for coming, Holy Spirit, but please take it on the road cuz when we prayed, I mean, we didn’t mean HERE where it would mess up our pretty campus and use up the funds YOU’VE provided all these years.
