Brothers and sisters, our Lord Jesus gave this to me when my heart was deep in despair and the dark circumstances of life were pulling me under their waves, full of hopelessness and defeat. I am here to tell you that God will walk through the valley of the shadow with you, for our great Shepherd knows your pain, your hurt (Hebrew 13:20). God promises in His Word to never leave or forsake His children, and I boldly state I am a living testimony that Christ will answer you for He has answered me time after time when I could not go on, and all I could do was cry, Abba, I trust You (Hebrews 13:5). The God of miracles who has provided for His people over and over again will supply your needs for He is EL Shaddai (Philippians 4:19). You only have to call upon Him. Call to Him when you are sitting alone in the dark, crying for what might have been. Cry out to Him, for you are so precious to Him He holds your every tear a bottle (Psalm 56:8). When you face that unsurpassable mountain of grief too big for you to climb, cry out to Jesus. He always listens. It will not be easy, but He will make things bearable for you, and the joy that passes all earthly comprehension will fill your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). There is Hope, and I am here to tell you that His name is Jesus Christ (Romans 8:24).
Prophetic Word
Oh Lord, I need You so much
My heart is breaking
I call out to You
I need my Redeemer, my Rock
Hide me in the cleft of the Rock
Cover me with Your wings
Shadow me with Your protection
Sorrow rises to drag me down in its wave
I call to the Lord in my distress
Lord lift me from this despair
My hope is in the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth
I am drowning; I cannot breath
I call out to You Oh Tower of Strength
Life’s cruel circumstances seek to pull me under
Save me Jesus, be my Cornerstone
Let me stand on You though all else is crumbling
Fill me with Your joy
Look upon me with Your favor
I seek Your face while life swirls around me like a tempest
Savior rescue me; I need You
When all I have clung to slips through my fingers like sand
And there is nothing left in me
I relinquish my will to You
To You alone will I cling
Lord, draw me close in the tempest
I call to You my Deliverer
I will praise Your name
I will dance for joy to You in the storm
I will sing praises to Your name
Do not leave me alone, my Beloved
I call to You Oh Holy One
To You, alone I give my allegiance
Lamb of God, I cling to You
I lift up my eyes to You, my Savior
My soul is peaceful in You; Who is Peace
My heart is full of adoration for Your presence
Jesus, accept my love song
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, I love You
I adore You; fill me with You
My Hope, my Peace, my steadfastness, my life
Living water fill my life
For without You life is an empty shell
I need You; All-Sufficient One
I cannot live without You
Give me beautiful joy for the ashes I have made
Fix my eyes on Your wonders
Even in this, I trust You Lord
Hope, Who is Christ; rises in my heart, my soul
Oh blessed Hope, I love You
Lamb of God, my perfect sacrifice
Restore to me the joy of Thy salvation
Surround me as a strong tower
I praise thee for thou has lifted me from the miry clay
I am secure on the foundation that is God
I love You oh Lord, my King
Wash me with thy cleansing blood
Cloth me in Thy righteousness
I throw myself to You; I am safe in Your arms
Nothing will separate You from me
My redeemer, I love You
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. God hears you when you cry out to Him (I John 5:13-14). The Alpha and Omega Who walks through time and space cares for you; His beloved child (Revelation 21:6). Will you not cry out to Him for He is listening (1 Peter 3:12). Have hope my friend, for He that is Hope, cares for you (Psalm 130:5).
May the God of wonders bless you,
Chaplain AB
Psalm 18:1-16
“1 I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.
2 The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
3 I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.
4 The sorrows of death compassed me, and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid.
5 The sorrows of hell compassed me about: the snares of death prevented me.
6 In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.
7 Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations also of the hills moved and were shaken, because he was wroth.
8 There went up a smoke out of his nostrils, and fire out of his mouth devoured: coals were kindled by it.
9 He bowed the heavens also, and came down: and darkness was under his feet.
10 And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: yea, he did fly upon the wings of the wind.
11 He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies.
12 At the brightness that was before him his thick clouds passed, hail stones and coals of fire.
13 The Lord also thundered in the heavens, and the Highest gave his voice; hail stones and coals of fire.
14 Yea, he sent out his arrows, and scattered them; and he shot out lightnings, and discomfited them.
15 Then the channels of waters were seen, and the foundations of the world were discovered at thy rebuke, O Lord, at the blast of the breath of thy nostrils.
